Illustration - Nethercutt Collection

This artwork was created to be embroidered on the back of leather jackets. JB Nethercutt’s crew wore these jackets at shows where his cars were on display. I took pictures of the cars and then created the vector illustration in Adobe Illustrator. Due to the fact that the design was to be embroidered with thread, I was limited with the number of colors I could use. Also, the shapes had to be solid with no gradients.

This was a fun project and I am happy with how it turned out. I only wish that I was able to get one of the jackets for myself.
